BONLITECH Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with BONLITECH. This policy explains how and when your order will reach you.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We are unable to ship internationally at this time.

SHIPPING RATES
- Standard Shipping: $8.00 — estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Standard Shipping on orders $70 and up: FREE — estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Express Shipping: $15.00 — estimated 1–3 business days after dispatch

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. During sales or peak seasons, processing may take a little longer.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. BONLITECH is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped.

DELAYS
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, high seasonal volume, or other events outside our control may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
- Marked delivered but not received: Please check with neighbors and around your property, and wait 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
- Damaged in transit: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and item, and we'll make it right.
- No tracking updates for 10 business days: Reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier.
